There is 1 x Matinee Sitting, which starts at 1.15pm and finishes at 4.15pm (3 hours). This will include your festive meal together (in the hotel’s ballroom), the interactive cabaret-style Santa’s Magical Show during and after your meal with visit to Santa in his Log Cabin (located in the ballroom’s adjacent garden, only a short walk away – you will be taken table-by-table). Make-A-Teddy will happen at your table.

You will need: your printed ticket or confirmation of your booking, smartphone email confirmation is sufficient
Dress appropriately (this is both an indoor and outdoor event).
Are the Santa Visit experiences indoors or outdoors?
- The Sleep Over’s Magical Trail event is mostly covered and the majority of it is indoors. Only a few minutes will be needed to go from hut to hut (which are situated outside round the back of the hotel, close to one a other) and then around car park to see Santa at the side of the hotel, there is then a short outdoor walk back into the hotel after your Santa Visit;
- For the Dine, Show & Santa Visit, you will be nearly always indoors, with a very short walk to see Santa from where you will be having your meal and enjoying the show. There is ample shelter for when you are briefly outdoors.
I need to update my meal options and I entered details incorrectly when I made a booking, how do I change them?

Will a professional photo be taken with Santa?
You can pre-book a Festive Photo with us, which is a photo taken in a sleigh set-up in the hotel with a festive background behind (this is not a photo with Santa). The Festive Photo Booth area where this will be taken, will be signposted for you to find on the day and is open from 1.15pm – 6pm. You can go at any time whilst you are with us between these times. You are also welcome to bring your camera to take your own photo with Santa on the day too.
What do I do if I don’t like the gift my child receives?
All our presents are age/gender appropriate and chosen with care to appeal to the broader tastes of each particular age group. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your gift unless one of the elves get it wrong and accidently give an age inappropriate gift to your child.
