You can manage your booking online, using your Booking Email Address + Event Date detailed in your email confirmation.
Once you have logged in, there are 3 OPTIONS in the red highlighted buttons going across the top, where you can:
- Change Booking Details (please see below)
- Choose Your Meal (please complete at the latest 2 weeks prior to your arrival day date)
- Resend Confirmation Email
It is IMPORTANT to note: for all online changes to Booking Details as below, an online change admin fee of €5 will be applied.
For the Sleep Over, you can:
- Update your children’s details, ie Name, Age, Boy/Girl + Note for Santa
- Amend your Trail time slot, subject to availability.
For the Dine, Show & Santa Visit, you can:
- Update your children’s details, ie Name, Age, Boy/Girl + Note for Santa
- Add more people to your booking (up to 24 hours prior to arrival, subject to availability)
- Change dates and time (subject to availability)
For all other Amendments and for Cancellations, please contact our Santa Office directly at smt@clanardcourt.ie
- A €10 Admin fee will be applied by our Santa Office to cover the experienced time that is required to action these changes between our booking systems for the Dine, Show & Santa Visit experience.
- A €30 Admin fee will be applied by our Santa Office to cover the experienced time that is required to action these changes between our booking systems for the Sleep Over experience.
PLEASE NOTE, we cannot guarantee any of the above changes for either experience if they are made within 48 hours prior to arrival.
